Borland Resource Workshop v5.02 - March, 1997
Use to edit/change resources inside 16/32 bit (NE/PE) EXE and DLL
files, such as cursors, bitmaps: alter or even change the
language in Dialog boxes.
This is taken from Borland C++ v5.02 and is the core IDE with
minimal support files. It's an unpack and run archive.
After unpacking, run "BCW.exe".
This is the ONLY Resource Editor I know of that can edit 16bit(NE)
and 32bit(PE) executables and dlls, AND also run on every OS from
Windows 95 through Windows 10 64bit.
BCC v5.02 was released in March 1997, so this was expected
to run on Win95(and up). Tested as working even on Windows 7,
SP1, x64, and Windows 10, x64.
NOTE: There have been other packages of BCC Workshop 5.02,
but they all were missing the same DLLs. This one has
everything, needs no special command line parameters or
config files. Just double-click on "bcw.exe" after unpacking
and get to work!
